DEPOSITS
A Deposit establishes a confidential agreement between EXGOAT LTD and the registered account holder, granting us authority to manage digital assets as per the selected investment plan:
STANDARD Plan: Minimum deposit of $25.
PREMIUM Plan: Minimum deposit of $5,000.
Deposits are processed in USD, converted at prevailing exchange rates.
Withdrawal of deposits is possible after 48 hours, subject to a 20% fee.
WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals are permissible given sufficient account balance, with a universal minimum of $10 across all cryptocurrencies. We aim to process withdrawals within 48 hours, emphasizing the security and validation of transactions.
Blockchain Network Delays
Withdrawal times are based on the interval from request to blockchain submission. EXGOAT is not liable for delays once transactions are confirmed on the blockchain. Users are advised to double-check wallet addresses to avoid non-refundable errors.
Responsible Withdrawal Practices
To maintain our platform's integrity, we discourage unnecessary withdrawal fragmentation. EXGOAT reserves the right to amalgamate multiple withdrawals to mitigate excessive transaction costs and prevent destabilization attempts.
